Perfect one night location. The staff were lovely & helpful letting me check in early so that I could attend my function on time. The room was super clean. Everything was new & fresh which is really nice for the Gold Coast. There is a cafe & restaurant onsite which is great. Good coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment style room, nice bathroom, cute style, bed was comfortable. Wine glasses were unclean but no big deal. The breakfast options looked pretty meagre and bar staff seemed a little confused. Didn't eat there but the pizza oven looked pretty good. Pool looked okay too.

Room was amazing, clean, full kitchen and I loved the shower. Bed was great, super comfy and the room had a balcony. I must say, this is the best room I have stayed in when I am in the Gold Coast. It has all you need, great restaurants if you don't want to cook, full kitchen in your room if you do want to just relax in your room and still eat a decent meal that you can cook yourself, how does it get any better than that? It kinda doesn't really. I travel a lot, this hotel is now top of my go to list.
Amazing staff, great restaurants, the pizza and salad, from Rossa restaurant was amazing, I don't even like pizza, but I was hungry and options at my arrival time were limited. I might like pizza now though, it was fresh, simple ingredients and just absolutely perfect. I want to return again just to order another pizza!
Beautifully designed, I walked into the lobby and just thought wow this is beautiful and relaxing, after a long day I am so happy this is where I got to end my day. I highly recommend all visitors to book your next stay here I honestly believe you will not be disappointed.

Place is brand new and spacious. Service was non existent, no room service, no housekeeping, and front desk staff clearly overworked, Gavin was great but the others could do with a break. As it is new, things looked new, but clearly the room was never cleaned.

They only just opened a few days before our stay, so teething problems are no tea coffee or milk in room, no dish cloth, no microwave and no blockout curtain in lounge. These problems should be fixed hopefully within the month . Otherwise was a great stay.

Some staff very helpful. Lovely inside. It’s brand new so they still have to sort the parking out. Check in took a very long time. Very nice Hotel though. Not quite the price when I first booked, it went up I just paid the extra and then I heard the people next to me, it happened to them as well. Beautiful facilities but they can’t change the price or they will lose business

Great overall, but needs a few tweaks
The room itself was great, as was the location in regards to the event we were attending. It was clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet at night. However, I tried many times in the lead up to our stay to enquire about parking, but never received an answer and eventually gave up. We also ended up having to cancel one night of our trip and this process was not easy. It took several days with plenty of emails and chats. Then once we checked in the front desk still wasn't aware of our changes. It all worked out in the end, but it was a bit of a headache.
I also thought it was silly of them to only have one person manning the front desk at checkout time (9:45am). There was a large wait and we ended up late to an appointment.
Finally - the restaurant downstairs seemed really nice. We didn't eat there, but walked through more than once. They had a musician playing while people were eating and the volume of his music was so loud people had to shout to have a conversation. I've been at other places like this and hated it. Some quiet background music is great. Very loud music - no matter the type of music - makes it too difficult to have a conversation with the people you're dining with.
