Spacious apartment style room, nice bathroom, cute style, bed was comfortable. Wine glasses were unclean but no big deal. The breakfast options looked pretty meagre and bar staff seemed a little confused. Didn't eat there but the pizza oven looked pretty good. Pool looked okay too.

Place is brand new and spacious. Service was non existent, no room service, no housekeeping, and front desk staff clearly overworked, Gavin was great but the others could do with a break. As it is new, things looked new, but clearly the room was never cleaned.

It was clean because it’s new. There was no room service or house keeping service during our stay. There was no phone in room so every time we have to go to reception to ask for things. All over nice but not worth $500 night

They only just opened a few days before our stay, so teething problems are no tea coffee or milk in room, no dish cloth, no microwave and no blockout curtain in lounge. These problems should be fixed hopefully within the month . Otherwise was a great stay.

Some staff very helpful. Lovely inside. It’s brand new so they still have to sort the parking out. Check in took a very long time. Very nice Hotel though. Not quite the price when I first booked, it went up I just paid the extra and then I heard the people next to me, it happened to them as well. Beautiful facilities but they can’t change the price or they will lose business

Great overall, but needs a few tweaks
The room itself was great, as was the location in regards to the event we were attending. It was clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet at night. However, I tried many times in the lead up to our stay to enquire about parking, but never received an answer and eventually gave up. We also ended up having to cancel one night of our trip and this process was not easy. It took several days with plenty of emails and chats. Then once we checked in the front desk still wasn't aware of our changes. It all worked out in the end, but it was a bit of a headache.
I also thought it was silly of them to only have one person manning the front desk at checkout time (9:45am). There was a large wait and we ended up late to an appointment.
Finally - the restaurant downstairs seemed really nice. We didn't eat there, but walked through more than once. They had a musician playing while people were eating and the volume of his music was so loud people had to shout to have a conversation. I've been at other places like this and hated it. Some quiet background music is great. Very loud music - no matter the type of music - makes it too difficult to have a conversation with the people you're dining with.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are immaculately presented—modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It truly feels like a home away from home, complete with a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities. From the serene mountain views and stunning sunsets to watching hot air balloons gracefully float by in the morning, the experience on Level 16 is nothing short of magical.
Facilities to Indulge In
Level 16 is a standout feature of the hotel. It offers a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and a beautifully designed outdoor BBQ area perfect for family gatherings or casual dining. The Oriental Room, a private space with party booths and BBQ facilities, is a unique and delightful addition, making it an excellent choice for group celebrations.

The location couldn’t be better! With ample parking and convenient proximity to essentials like Coles Express and Hungry Jack’s, everything you need is within a one-minute walk. For food enthusiasts, the Indian restaurant RASOI located just opposite the entrance is outstanding, offering exceptional service and cuisine.
