Room was very nice, and clean. The staff was very courteous. Only complaint we had, there wasn't a TV in the bedroom. Not a show stopper, but an annoyance. If there are other rooms available with a TV in the bedroom, that would good to know for next time we're here in Philadelphia visiting.

Very spacious room with fold out couch and full kitchen. Smelled pretty stuffy when I got there and one of the towels had a stain. Great value nevertheless, no regrets.

Room clean but very sparse, having to ask for items such as dish soap, towels (cloth or paper?), no drinking or water glasses in room either - was not an ideal situation. Staff always friendly & helpful, valet parking was convenient. Decent surroundings - close to dining options & near UPENN for my husband’s surgery.

A great location, just west of UPenn campus, the hotel was clean and useful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only feedback was that I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking around.
