This property was not what we expected it to be. Felt like a low budget, dated guest house/room. I had been on a South Asia tour and stayed in various hotels in different cities and countries. This was by far the worst of our stays. Good thing our stay was very short.

Honestly, a beautiful hotel, newly built, clean, perfect location which is walking distance from the market, staff friendly, our family felt safe. It is located slightly offset from the corner of the street, however where it’s located is not too busy area.. go one block away and that is where the busy area starts, 5 min walk from the market, close eateries, easy to get transportation,, honestly for its price,, nothing beats this.. will like to come back to this same location in the future.
On a side note, from previous reviews, about money being stolen from the rooms, we never felt this or has this happened to us., but also you have to take your money wherever you go and if you do leave something behind, hide it somewhere not easily found.. remember that you are not in a first world country, prepare for the worst… Vietnamese people are fairly kind, but there are temptations everywhere, so be careful

ロケーションは最高に良い。
高島屋、ベンタン市場、他レストラン、ブイビエンまで歩ける。とにかく立地は便利。
スタッフはちゃんと教育されている感じで良い。
ただしシャワーの温度が定まらない。これは致命的だと思う。熱くなったり冷たくなったりしてなかなか一定のお湯を使用できない。これが無ければリピートしたいが、シャワーの件でリピートは考えてしまう。
