For an 8-month old hotel, there were stains on carpet outside of elevators (4th floor) and in front of a/c heater unit in room 423.
Beds are quite low, pillows are waaaay too soft. Huge shower was awesome!

Very nice hotel. Stayed here because we were going to the Opry. Very close to it. Front desk person was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again when we go back.

Everything was great! room was BIG and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that goes downtown which is nice, a little pricey but was to be expected. We sat at the bar after the football game and the bartender was great! Breakfast was decent and NOT Included (just FYI). But overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.
