NOT Luxury and very Poor Advertising -
- The rooms weren't clean when we arrived and had to wait an extra hour for cleaners to finish.
- First night of our stay it rained, and water was leaking through most of the sealed windows in the kitchen, you can clearly see water damage that's been leaking for some time that's caused section of the roof to rot
- Very cheap & outdated furniture used on all the rooms
- Very uncomfortable beds
- Air con not working in some rooms with remote not clearly labeling which area it covers
- Not Other TV worked besides the main living area ( No Remote)
- Pool table is outdated and ripped up and damaged
- 3 rooms had bathrooms nothing for the other two rooms and no main bathroom beside the on suites
very disappointed and won't be staying here again
