Check-in and Check-out was extremely simple. The hotel team contacted me on the morning of my booking to provide me with the cabin number and code for key safe which was a nice touch. Room was very clean, had all required amenities. I would stay again☺️.

Great accommodation
Stayed here a few times with work. The accommodation is really nice with a great view looking over the lake. I have not eaten here as i usually go into pershore with colleagues so cannot comment on that but would highly recommend !

2nd stay in the last couple of months. Amazing staff, beautiful lodge, clean and cosy. Wish it had a small fridge though and mattress and quality of bedding and pillows could be much better. However, we would come back

Lovely stay, however, if you don’t have a car, there is no facilities to get food and you would need to travel. But we will be back :)

Cabin was lovely. View of the lake was relaxing just a shame the balconies are not more private. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive. Bed and pillows a little on the hard side. Would definitely recommend though.

The lady serving breakfast was brilliant, nice and polite.
I think a nice touch for the breakfast would be fruit juice and cereal .
The cabins are excellent. Brilliant nights sleep and the nice and quiet.

Nice cabin- as usual towels, shower, soap shampoo etc.
Tv in the room.
Nice and quiet.
However breakfast is a bit expensive£11.75- no fruit juice, no cereal or fruit, one slice of toast but no ham/marmalade/peanut butter etc.

Excellent start to our trip when we were called on our way there to say room was ready if we wanted to check in earlier - really helpful! View from the cabin was amazing, so much to watch. Room really comfortable, breakfast couldn't be faulted. Overall, a top class venue and we'll definitely stay there again

Spa tub was lovely, veranda equally lovely. The room was clean and well appointed, front desk staff were not available when we arrived but communicated how to access our room - which was great. Dining options are sparse and you must drive if you want to have a proper dinner. No dining after 5pm at the clubhouse - which was kind of a bummer. Relaxing atmosphere for the room though - secluded and private. Incredibly peaceful.

The cabin its self was beautiful. We stayed in number 7. However early evening we heard rustling in the weeds by the lake which was outside the patio doors, on further investigation we saw 10s of rats. We are near water so knew they would be around but to see so many would seem like they have a problem that needs sorting asap.
