We would stay here again. Limited hours for check in which differed from Expedia information. It was a bit tricky to respond to email request and give an accurate rival time when we were travelling. The lady was very friendly at check in and the lady in the breakfast area was also friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly redecorated and we looked out onto a lovely garden area. The location was great for us, being close to the train station and the sights in Florence we wanted to see.

Flavias personal attention to our stay was exceptional…very warm, knowledgeable and most accommodating. the only improvement that we might suggest is improving on the lighting in the room. we found it to be somewhat dark. perhaps higher wattage lightbulbs might help. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great. very pleased with our stay!!!!

Amazing hotel with potential to be the best. Some minor details to sort out but considering they’ve just opened I’m convinced they will have it in place soon. The service is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. I love the double showers. The only problem is that this area is not serviced by the subway and buses can be crowded, so if you have luggage you must either pay 25 euros from termini station for a cab or squeeze into a hot crowded bus for 2 euros.

Make sure to ask for an inside room because we started in an outside room and didn’t sleep for 2 nights. The staff kindly moved us and it was much better. We had a great stay at the Dimora Coppelle Hotel in Rome. The hotel itself is quite new. The interior design of the room was spectacular, sort of a Boheme and Art Deco style, with high ceilings and Italian stone floors. There is also a rooftop terrace with a great surround view of the neighborhood. We were told that at a later point they will likely build a bar to serve the terrace during summertime. Speaking of bar service: during our stay there was no bar or breakfast room but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it possible to have breakfast in our room. We received a bag filled with cookies, croissant, jam, yogurt, Nutella and juice bottles. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room. As a welcome gift, we also had received a bottle of Prosecco. The staff was always available and communication was easy via Whatsapp. Room service was flawless and very respectful. The only thing that I could imagine would possibly annoy other guests is that the windows are regular Italian windows with no special insulation. Our room was facing the street and the noise level was quite high at some times. But we took it as “Roman inner city atmosphere” and napped to the sounds of motor scooters, overhearing Italian gossip on the streets. All in all, we can definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back at some point next year.
