Shoutout PORTLAND OREGON!! Everything was great, no issues. Arrived at 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. No hassle or problems at all. I did the private room for 4 for me n my family. Friendly staff and great drink/food options. They have social gatherings as well for free. Definitely a great area to get all over!

The hostel is a 15 minute walk from the S.M. Station, which felt safe and easy to remember. There's lots of space to sit (outside, bar, rooftop) so you are not stuck inside your room. The staff were all friendly and approachable, which created a warm atmosphere. One annoying lack of feature is that there is no shower rack or hook inside the shower to hang your towel or put your toiletries. Otherwise, there is generally good amenties, and there being a safebox being inside the bed is a great touch. Lockers are also available to store your bags after check-out, which are 1 euro and self-service.

This place is fantastic! Great outdoor & indoor spaces. Rooms were really soundproof between (not as well from hall). Appreciated the underground parking ramp (for a fee) as hard to find in Florence. Right by the Tram stop. Great place & location. Would stay again!

Good hostel. Good bed. Honestly pretty good for the price. They give you one free beer voucher upon check in. Also free pasta from 7-8pm. For shower there is only one in the room and toilet is not separated from it. So you might need to queue. Soap is provided. No towels though but you can rent i think. FREE WATER IN THE LOBBY

La Habitación super espaciosa ... La cama super comoda todo impecable, el desayuno lleva costo extra pero vale cada Euro, el personal super amable te atienden en español. Viaje sola a Florencia y este hostel fue perfecto pues tenía buena ubicación y se podía llegar caminando a la estación de tren. La habitación muy limpia y en perfectas condiciones, el personal muy amable en todo momento, muy buena opción agregar el desayuno porque todo estaba muy delicioso.

L'hôtel est non seulement très joli et bien situé (3mins à pied du tram) mais il possède également tous les services et équipements afin de faciliter votre voyage (consignes, machine à laver, vestiaires, bar avec prises partout, piscine). Le personnel est très sympa et serviable, tout le monde parle bien anglais. Je n'étais pas convaincue par l'idée d'une auberge de jeunesse mais je suis repartie vraiment ravie, j'y retournerai (en chambre privée cette fois) dès que j'aurais l'occasion et sans hésiter !!!

Melhor hostel em termos de estrutura que já fiquei. Tudo é novo, bem cuidado e pensado para o conforto dos hóspedes. A lavanderia é perfeita, os preços são justos, a comida é boa, é silencioso, 10 de 10. A equipe também merece destaque: todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, o que faz muita diferença na experiência. Com certeza voltaria todas as vezes.
