The shower was not working properly and would flood the room unless the water pressure was kept at the absolute minimum. Despite this issue, no commercial gesture or compensation was offered; we were simply told that no other rooms were available. The air conditioning filter was in very poor condition, and when we turned it on, dust was blown all over the room. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had a complimentary welcome drink; we did not take it on the first day, so we asked for it on the second day, but we were told it was too late and it was refused. The room is deteriorating quickly, and the toilets were dirty, including the walls and light switches. I would not recommend this place.

My wife was able to connect to the WiFi but I wasn’t. The staff gave me the password to the locked WiFi network so that was fine. The room was clean, if small. The staff were friendly and professional.

The staff were very kind and helpful, but we decided to change hotels after one night. The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was limited and not good quality, and the atmosphere felt more hostel-like than boutique. The location was also less convenient with the metro not working as it’s in-between the town and the beach.

Nice and friendly staff, run down location.
Nice small hotel with helpful friendly staff. Room on small side for a “deluxe “double - nice central but small pool. Street is a bit run down with overflowing bins nearby. It’s a bit of a low grade street but not unsafe. I would recommend giving breakfast (13 Euros per head) a miss as a very small selection buffet that ran out quickly - not much choice and expensive for what it was. Head to Main Street and a few coffee and pastry shops will see you good with much better coffee rather than from a self serve machine.

La chambre est super jolie avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. Déception le premier matin en voyant le petit déjeuner mais nous l’avons finalement apprécié jour après jour même si la partie sucrée était industrielle…même la confiture et le beurre. super localisation par contre de l’hôtel : ligne directe du métro de l’aéroport ! Bus direct jusqu’au centre ville ou jusqu’à la mer. A pied jusqu’à l’aquarium !! Personnel au top !!! Dernière chose : l’eau chaude avait parfois beaucoup de mal à monter jusqu’au premier étage ! Dans l’ensemble, c’était génial.

Infra estrutura do hotel e staff excelentes, bastante condizentes com a descrição do hotel na plataforma. Atenção especial foi dada aos corredores que iriam participar da maratona de Valência.
O café da manhã, embora muito bom ainda pode melhorar com um pouco mais de atenção a reposição e frescor dos itens oferecidos.

Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel hatte für mich die perfekte Lage, da man ähnlich weit ins Zentrum von Valencia oder an den Strand benötigt.
Sehr tolles Konzept mit dem Pool im „Innenhof“ und den Zimmern drum herum. Das Hotel war modern mit einer tollen Einrichtung, man fühlt sich wie in einer kleinen Oase mitten in Valencia.
