The AC kept the room cool; the staff were absolutely amazing - no task was too much for any of them from Levi to David, Bella, Anna and Peter - all of the staff are extremely customer friendly and focused on their guests.

Great hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City! It’s a pretty new hotel so it is extremely modern, clean, and very comfortable! The staff go out of the way to support you and make you feel like you’re at home. The breakfast Buffett had a ton of options and it was delicious. Rooms were well sized and super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

I've never experienced such an amazing array of staff and personnel in a hotel before. The attention to detail and incredible hospitality is truly outstanding. I've been staying in many hotels but this experience is one of the absolute best I've ever had. Kelly and her wonderful team does everything to make your stay as good as possible, and it excels in every way!

Staff was wonderful. We had to leave at 4am to go to the airport and they prepared a nice breakfast to go for us and also gave us a nice tote bag as a gift.
The building is not as nice as the Grand Hotel du Lac in Hanoi but staff and breakfast were both fabulous.

A wonderful hotel. Every staff is friendly and happy to give local tours/food advices. I really enjoy the hospitality here. The room is absolutely new and clean, no noise from the street at night time. I also like to location because it’s convenient to travel main spots of HCM city, Should stay here again when traveling HCM next time.
