His dedication and friendly demeanor truly enhance the experience..Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for making each stay memorable. 2/10 Poor

Only the short dark skin lady from a province makes a difference. Staff is entitled, authoritarian, with lack of manners and more. My hospital in the US is sending a team of colleagues physicians for 2-3 months on teaching assignments and I’ll be telling them and others to scratch your hotel from the list. WHAT A FIASCO!!!! Every single thing was a nightmare
