OK but won’t book again
Everything was Okay nothing more nothing less. The elevators barely worked. The room were tiny not enough room to more around or unpack honestly. The shower leaked out on to the floor everything we took a shower. The tv and plugs in the room were not working and did mention the ROOMS ARE TINYYY.

Good for a night or two not a long vaca.
The hotel is self service which is fine if you are tech savvy (not a problem for us). The room was as described but definitely run down. It was clean mostly but just outdated an old. There were burns in the desk and the mounting around the tv was very yucky looking. I wiped it down and it wasn’t dirty it just looked nasty. The bathroom was ok the shower had stains but again not dirty. The view of the city was nice. The staff was friendly. Good for a night or two but definitely not worth a week or longer.

My day was OK. I feel like for what I paid for. I should’ve gotten better service. I should’ve been told a lot more information regarding my car rental and finding out that you guys had no parking spaces or that I would have to pay an additional $50 a night for my car rental on top of that The rooms were very small and our telephone didn’t even work in our rooms. It was just a lot of small inconvenient things that happened during our our trip overall was OK stay.

Night in YOTEL
The room was smaller than what it looked on the pictures, the ice machine wasn’t working , the tv wasn’t working , the bead squeaked and I could hear everything going on outside of the room inside. They have a lot of work to do in this hotel , definitely won’t be staying there again

Let's start a with No where to park To check in There is have a parking garage Underneath is $50 For 24 hours if you stay at the hotel. my 1 night $200 room (room 1139) that I received was at 9'x10' With a stand up shower Which leaked all-over the floor No blankets On the bed just a sheet . Tron window shade There rooms definitely don't look like their the ones they advertised For this hotel I have actually stayed at cheaper & nicer motels than this hotel I did have pictures of the room but is app would not let me add them

Great value for New York City
YOTEL is an amazing value for New York City. That said, the hotel could use with a few basic improvements, namely a fridge and coffee maker in the room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean and bright.

Good hotel for the price point
The hotel was a good stay for business travel room is a bit tight cutting washing machine, washing machine,and the bed motor to make it upright was not working, but other than that the room was comfortable good and effective for the price point and the staff are friendly and efficient and Seamless check and check out process
