The hotel staff were very pleasant, my room was very spacious. Nice hot shower and deep bath tub. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter for applying makeup. Great location downtown, not far from most attractions. Dubai Mall very close. The hotel could do a better job of providing more healthy items on the Lemon Peel menu. There were a lot of fried food pre battered items and breaded fried items. The chef served me yogurt instead of Baba Ganoush without any warning, I guess he didn’t think I’d know the difference. I brought it to the attention of the staff but only accuses were given. That was the Middle East entree. Also, my tv remote control didn’t work had to call maintenance twice to turn tv on. Needed the tv on in order to view Room Service menu. As a fix, I just left the tv on for the rest of my stay. Lastly, no iron/iron boards in room guest are required to call to order. I resulted to wearing wrinkled clothes for my stay.

I recently stayed at The Millennium Central Downtown Hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the hotel was clean, well-decorated, and the staff was friendly, I was disappointed by the persistent smell of cigarette smoke coming from the neighboring room. Despite raising my concerns with the front desk, no solutions were offered, which left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but the lack of action regarding the smoke issue affected my enjoyment. I give it three stars and hope management considers stricter policies in the future.

I booked with Expedia with a swimming pool and when I arrived they said it’s underwork and a shuttle is available in the morning at 11.45 and will be back at 5 pm for free, but what if you want to come earlier ? You need to arrange your own taxi and it’s about 20min from the hotel. Also you need to ask for toothpaste . I don’t recommend the hotel if you want to walk around Dubai mall as it’s surrounded by highway and roads. Not easy for walking pedestrian at all.

Checking in was cool, but the phone wouldn't connect to ROOM SERVICE nor HOUSEKEEPING. The TV had another guest's name on the welcome screen and it would not turn off. I called the front desk 3 times requesting assistance, but no one came until I complained to management. Not a good experience at all.

Of the 3 dining options advertised only one was open, we were advised by another traveler not to eat there. So very isolated for dining, the only other place was an Asian/noodle bar underneath, but cash only. Cleanliness wise there were long hairs in bathroom and main room and floor was dirty. Had to ask for hairdryer and tissues.
