Their continental breakfast was exactly as stated, beds were comfortable, and the lighting was excellent. However, it was a wet night and a door mat could have been really helpful to keep from tracking mud into the room.

Hotel is fine for the price, but there's a karaoke next to the hotel so up to 2am you can expect loud noise outside as people stay outside drinking and talking loudly.

The room was clean, newly painted, and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings were spare but sufficient. There was an electrical problem with the lighting next to the beds. The manager responded promptly with a fix.

Was glad we were only stopping to sleep for a couple of hours. My husband wouldn't put his shoes on the floor due to worry about what "might be crawling around". We checked the beds, twice, just in case. The room smelled smokey (even though it was a non-smoking room). The area around the "hotel" was definitely industrial and the parking lot was questionable related to safety.
The staff was great and super friendly.

Room was in good condition for a BUDGET motel. Close to the airport and very cheap are the good points as well as being next to fast food restaurant. Unfortunately it is also next to a seemingly all night liquor store so lots of noise. Great if you have an early morning flight

The owners are trying; they recently painted the concrete pad right in front of each room.
The room was clean, and the tile floor gave a cleaner feeling than carpet.
On the grounds there was trash periodically as I went to turn in the room key in the morning and there is an interesting unused outside bar area in the back.
Overall, this is probably the least expensive, cleanest room we have stayed in recently; we paid 1/3 of what some of the hotels on the same street were charging.
