Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons fait le check-in et loué le penthouse. À notre arrivée, le personnel nous a vus entrer avec des boissons gazeuses et des chips. Environ deux heures plus tard, ils sont venus nous demander de quitter la propriété, simplement parce qu’ils pensaient que nous allions organiser un gros party. Nous étions seulement 10 personnes dans un penthouse de 4 étages. Il n’y avait aucune musique, aucun bruit et aucune plainte. Ils se sont basés uniquement sur des suppositions plutôt que sur des faits. Ils ont annulé notre réservation alors que nous étions déjà installés sur place, nous ont demandé de partir immédiatement et ne nous ont proposé aucune autre solution d’hébergement. Le pire, c’est qu’en plus de nous expulser sans raison valable, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Vous vous retrouvez donc sans logement et vous perdez tout votre argent, simplement parce qu’ils pensent que vous allez faire un party, même si vous n’avez enfreint aucune règle. Je trouve cette façon de faire complètement inacceptable et je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
