Very clean. Free coffee and internet. Close to Time Square and easy to go anywhere with bus lines, tram cars next to it. Smaller room but is common in Hong Kong because the property price is sky high expensive.

One step above a hostel

This is about one step above a hostel. If you have 2 people in a room one will need to stay in bed while the other moves about. The shower is awful. Super small with a shower curtain that constantly touches you, icky! The towels are so thin you can’t dry yourself and there are no hand towels or wash cloths.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I was shocked by the condition of this hotel. The staff displayed poor attitudes, even raising their voices at check in. The room was in terrible condition with a poorly designed layout; there wasn’t even any place to open a cabin-sized suitcase except on the bed. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and bottled water were not provided. The carpet and room smelled musty, making the environment uncomfortable. While the toilet was marginally better than a public restroom, it fell far below acceptable standards for a hotel. Overall, the experience was closer to a subpar motel than a proper hotel. I strongly advise against booking here.

This BW hotel is in the city centre of Hong Kong island in vicinity to Wanchai and Causeway Bay, the famous visiting districts for the tourists. Public transports including buses, trams and MTR, are easily accessible in a few minutes walk. Restaurants, grocery shops and shopping centres are nearby. I will go for this BW again in my next trip to Hong Kong!

The place wasn’t terrible, nice view from our room, and nice building sure, but our key cards or the door lock wouldn’t work once or twice a day so it made it really inconvenient and slightly sketchy. And my least favourite part was the bed. Most uncomfortable mattresses ever at a hotel.
