Overall we had a good experience in Cherubini 13, with some issues that prevented it being perfect.
Our room in Cherubini was comfortable and beautiful with a lovely balcony, the apartment was well located in a gorgeous old building (not too central and noisy but not too far away) and it came at a reasonable price.
However, instructions for checking in were not clear. We had to message the management when we arrived to be remotely let into the building, but ended up waiting over 40 minutes without reply before being let in by other guests. We had no actual contact with the management other than messaging to try and let us in, and them telling us we had to leave cash in the room to pay the city tax (which was fine, but could have been handled better). There was also some confusion over which facilities were available to us, with no clear indication if we could use the kitchen and coffee machine.
The hotel should really not be called a B&B, as the experience was much more like using an AirB&B shared by multiple guests. All rooms were lockable and our room had an en suite, so this didnt bother us, but if you're expecting a traditional hotel it isn't that.
Overall our experience was very pleasant and these negatives were outweighed by the positives (clean, good location, and a beautiful room), but the delay in accessing the property causes unnecessary stress.
