Poor Hotel
So Check in was smooth went to the room and bathroom was not clean. Out all day then come in for the night we had no heat and no hot water when ask for management I was told I had to call a regional supervisor did not offer any kind of discount I was told he had a rough night with people complaining. Will never return here

Its proximity to Penn Station as well as being able to get onto the subway on the same block makes this an easy pick for wanting to explore the city. Pretty dirty room
When we arrived the checkin process went smooth the and we received our keys promptly. The room we had was filthy. Unfortunately the hotel was sold out so we had to stay there. My wife needed to go to the CVS and buy cleaning supplies herself to clean the bathroom. Under the bed was so much dust caked up like no one cleaned under there for months. Unfortunately this is the norm now with hotels. The cleaning has been reduced significantly since Covid. We asked for an extra sheet and received a blood stained sheet. Took the sheet down to the main lobby and the guy didn’t even want to take it, made us leave it in our room for the duration. Probably would never visit again unless I had no other choice.

I got sick in this room, and I couldn't sleep well
I booked and paid for a specific room, but they assigned me a different one. When I informed them, they allowed me to move to another room, but the humidity was awful, and the noise from the heater was even worse. This room was also quite dark. Overall, it was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

Beware of Scammers at front desk!
Please beware of scammers for all who booked the room through an affiliate. We arrived to check in the hotel and I was asked for the exact credit card that they said I used. I used my credit card was deducted the price of the reservation and when I get there, the guy at the front desks tells me I didn’t use that card. So he wanted to refund a ghost card that I have no connection to and wanted to charge me again for my stay. Please!! Do not fall for this trap!! So my family and I were disgusted that they’d try to scam us in person and dare still think that I was “committing fraud to them”. So I canceled the booking right then, right there and filed the fraud complaint.

Stay on a low floor.
We were trapped in an elevator for 20 minutes with no apology much less any compensation. The cleaning crew, which had all day to clean, finally showed up at 4:45 just as we had returnees to our room. They then said that they had to leave at 5, so we had to vacate our room or else not have it cleaned. And finally, the key cards stopped working the last morning despite signs saying that check out was at 11. Fortunately, one of us was still in the room. There were numerous problems wit broken elevators but being trapped for 20 minutes was scary and uncomfortable. The walls are also quite thin. We could hear people next door and from upstairs.
