tried to make it look upscale but basically just painted over old rooms and building needs to make some upgrades to make it more resort like. no information in room about hotel amenities, no phone in room. everything is old with new paint.

The location is amazing you can easily walk to many great restaurants and shops. The rooms were old and loud. We were there for 5 days and the pool and hot tub were so dirty. They didn’t clean it the whole time we were there. Halls were dirty not vacuumed or swept. We went there because of the pool and was so disappointed by how dirty it was

If only they would re-invest
Location is amazing- Wish they would put some money into this property- Could be a landmark hotel. It is really a motel Need some love for sure. It was clean in the room, looked kinda like a college dorm room furniture, Bed was comfortable and did the trick. Not sure I would visit here again unless in a pinch.

Will Not Stay Again
The entrance to the grounds looked amazing, which was deceiving. I stayed only one night as it was too late to change hotels with a child who needed to sleep. Bed sheets made us sweat excessively., felt very plastic like. The shower leaked. Toilet clogged without any content. Overall the place mentioned being remodeled, but also appeared to be cheap work. Door knob on the bedroom was coming off. They also did not have a crib available and I had to go and buy one at a local Target. The front desk said, "We have never been asked this before. We don't have any". Well, when I asked a friend (originally from Phoenix) about this particular hotel and I explained my experience, their response was, "Well, I could have told you that". Honestly, I should have listened to some of the other bad reviews. Here is my reminder to you as well, please listen to mine. (PS. Some people may not mind any of my concerns, and that is ok).

Meh. Location, location, location.
I was surprised with the quality and not in a good way. One wall of outlets didnt work, the bathroom fan did not remove any moisture during a shower and the whole room smelled of mildew. The door chain fell out of the wall and the filter for the AC/heater was full of dust, hasn't been cleaned in a bit. I would much rather choose a different hotel and walk a couple blocks to Old Town.
