"The position of this hotel cannot be beaten. It has a front line viewpoint and from the roof where breakfast is taken the views are fantastic and give a full view of the 3 main Pyramids and the Sphinx. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged everything that was asked for and even accommodated a late check out without any fuss. "The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again."

"Hotel was clean, very large room. We did not have the breakfast and the half board dinner was adequate. We are vegan which is not catered to in Cairo in general. You could have plain rice and steamed vegetables but very boring. We stuck with the lentil soup, pizza no cheese and the baba ganoush with bread. The view of the pyramids from the upstairs dining area is spectacular."
