O cafe da manhã, com exceção dos sucos que eu não gostei por não serem naturais estava mto bom. A recepção é péssima, o chuveiro horrivel, não tinha uma toalha de rosto, não tinha 1 copo no quarto e qdo eu pedi uma pizza me arrumaram um talher e um copo de plástico. O interfone não funciona, para abrir a garagem vc tem que largar o carro na rua e ir na recepção pra pedir para abrir. A chave perdeu a validade antes do check-out, tive que descer pra pedir outra. Na saida tive que voltar para pedir pela segunda vez para abrir a porta da garagem. Já havia me hospedado nesse hotel não tinha achado tão ruim como dessa vez. Com certeza não voltarei.

Otimo custo benefício. Bem próximo a um bom ponto da Praia da Barra. Quarto amplo com cama grande. Café da manhã bastante completo. Sugestões para melhoria: investir em travesseiros mais confortáveis, renovar estoque de toalhas e edredom. Limpeza do grill de sanduíches deveria ser mais frequente.

Enfim, nao indico e péssima experiencia.

Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo e a forma como essa experiencia foi negativa me desanimou em retornar. Na primeira vez foi excelente. Nessa nova vinda quarto com cheiro de mofo, muitos pernilongos na porta e dentro do quarto, mas o que me pegou foi a sugeira dessa vez... banheiro extremamente sujo, janelas sujas, colchoes desconfortáveis. A administração deixou de fazer manutenções extremamente necessárias... na janela do banheiro, tinham sujeiras que provavelmente estavam escondidas no forro do quarto de cima, como sabonetes velhos etc... foi extremamente desanimador.

Fiquei no quarto 207. Estava limpo, porém uma da fronhas puída e com uma mancha. O banheiro não tinha box, tinha cortina, o que acaba molhando o banheiro todo ao abrir o chuveiro. O batente da porta do banheiro estava quebrado. Tinha shampoo e sabonete, frigobar, armário, cama de casal, geladeira. Não tinha secador de cabelos. O café muito bom, o atendimento na recepção muito bom. Fica perto da praia e em local tranquilo. Recomendo.

Deixou muito a desejar

Sempre fico hospedada nesse hotel, mas minha ultima estadia foi terrível. Meu check-in foi demorado, pois meu cpf e celular simplesmente estavam atrelados ao nome de um homem aleatório, tive que passar todos os meus dados novamente e refazer a ficha. Reservei um quarto pra 2 pessoas com 2 camas de solteiro, fui colocada em um quarto com cama de casal e solteiro ao lado do elevador, e ainda por cima extremamente barulhento pois "era o que tinha". Não dormi nada durante as duas noites de estadia, pois as pessoas simplesmente saem do elevador gritando e falando sem parar. Não fui pro RJ passear, fui pra estudar e não descansei nada. A chave cartão simplesmente não abria a porta, tive que ficar batendo na porta ou ligando pra minha mãe poder abrir pois só uma das chaves funcionava. O café da manhã é bom, mas ter que sentar pra comer numa mesa suja e cheia de pratos e talheres de outras pessoas é inviável. Simplesmente nenhum funcionário estava limpando as mesas para os próximos hospedes que fossem tomar o café da manhã
