Initially, I booked three nights and then changed the reservation to four. I had a confirmation from Hotels.com at Room Price ₩874,665 for four nights, ₩198,788 avg./night. 9/12/2024 ₩167,400; 9/13/2024 ₩181,350; 9/14/2024 ₩223,200; 9/15/2024 ₩223,200; Taxes ₩79,515. When I arrived on the 12th, the hotel had a three-night reservation and asked that I make a reservation on my phone for the fourth night while standing at the reception desk. The hotel also informed me that the rate was ₩236,200/night x 4 nights. I refused to pay that amount and asked to see the manager. Ultimately, the hotel honored the Hotels.com rate only because I had a Korean friend who could talk to them in Korean.
Breakfast was from 7 to 10 a.m. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. on the first day, the hostess checked the time on her watch instead of greeting me as if to indicate I was late. I found her behavior inappropriate, but similar behavior was exhibited every morning at breakfast during my stay.
