Reserved Kind Bed, Was Given Double Queen on VDay
Reserved a King Bed for Valentines Day and upon late arrival, was told it was "first come, first serve" for King Beds, and were given a double queen. We had to sleep in separate beds. Our flight did arrive at 11pm, however, I called the day before to assure our reservation would be honored regardless of check-in time. This promise was not kept. Front desk worker Catherine was unprofessional and not accommodating to our unhappiness to this news. The next day we returned to the front desk and were given a new room.

Vegas Wedding
We stayed for a friend’s Vegas wedding. Pros were conveniently located , lots to eat in restaurant, specific pickup area for uber/lyft, bed was comfortable. Cons, the whole place just smelled like smoke. I didn’t realize it was legal inside the hotel. But even in our non smoking room it lingered.

Won’t be staying here ever again!
There was a loud party at the Coyo Mexican place downstairs and we couldn’t sleep. Also, the A/C unit was loud and it kept making weird noises through the night. Won’t be staying here again. Have a good one!

Haven’t been to Vegas in 20 years
Check in was crazy and our room wasn’t cleaned when we got in it. The rest of the trip was great. Staff was great and once I walked the area I was able to roam around the casino with no problem.

Great experience
Over. All great experience. Super easy check in/out. Room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking but my sister said it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
