Room size was very good by Paris standards. Very clean. Good housekeeping. True separate living area with small kitchen and bedroom with bathroom (shower with good water pressure). Service was lacking. We were in the Annex. Landline phone to call Reception in main building did not work (management knew about it for several weeks), no international TV stations (again management knew), wifi was almost non-existent. Not much help from front desk in main building.
