Room was clean avoid the coffee machine

It was a planned anniversary trip for the two of us. Staff was very nice. The coffee machine needed to be cleaned. We didn’t use it. Adding photos. Also a small issue with being able to play music from my phone, laptop, or iPad on the TV. A support person came to the room and also could not connect with his phone.

Central location to everything you’d need. Very walkable to bars, parks, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and had an amazing breakfast. Coffee was piping hot and delicious. Walkable to most everything such as the stadium for hockey or the Calgary tower. I loved this location, I will definitely be back

Staff was awesome. Property was very clean. Many dining options nearby, walkable to the sporting events and easy shopping. Did not drive so cannot assess parking. But I would certainly stay here again. The breakfast was great. Coffee was fresh and everything was wonderful.

Location was great and around a lot of things. My room I don’t think was cleaned properly… there was water in the bottom of my wine chiller thing and my lotion was almost empty… so it was clearly used before. The parking to check in was stressful and felt like you had to get valet to elevate that part. Once you’re checked in and settled it was great! Lots of homeless people around though.
