The staff cannot do enough for you. They’re fluent in several languages, and will gladly do anything they can to help. For example, I Lost my eyeglasses at the ballet, and Antoine called the theatre, tracked down lost and found, and located my glasses for me. We needed a shoe repair shop, and again, front desk staff helped out by finding one for us. The hallmark of this hotel is outstanding and friendly staff.

Entrance to the hotel is through a filthy corridor, then an unkept Garden area which is in need of repair and cleaning. The reception stuff is rude as well as uniform in series in need of dry cleaning, the presentation does not be fit a four star hotel. The room has got scuffs and scratches on every single wall, management should inspect the condition of the rooms on a more regular basis. Unless this issues are addressed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there considering the rate that they charge for hotel which would not in my opinion be above two stars. I travel extensively through the year and it would be one of the worst condition Hotels I’ve ever seen

This has been the best hotel of my trip! My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would love to come back. 立地最高、お部屋は綺麗で清潔、24時間スタッフの方が常駐しておられ、大変安心できる最高のお宿でした。常時お水と炭酸水を補充していただけ、それを冷やした上で他のものも入れられる充分な大きさの冷蔵庫もあり、暑かったパリでは貴重なクーラーも完備。 メインのベッドとは別に、独立した一部屋にソファーベットではないちゃんとしたベッドがあり、大人3人の家族には最適でした。 近所にコインランドリーもスーパーもありますし、徒歩5分のヴァンドーム広場の夜景も楽しめました。治安の不安もありません。 もう今すぐにでもこちらに戻りたい気持ちです！ 必ずまた再訪したいと思います。

The only glass in the doorway door replaced the window in the room facing the terrace on the ground floor, outside the front desk. The rooms were very dark, even in the daytime in Paris when it is 35°C. I had a good impression from the last time I stayed here and stayed another time, but would not return. For this price, I think there are other options.

We enjoyed staying at this property and really liked our room and the staff. We had everything we needed with an extra bed for our daughter, and the kitchenette was wonderful. Nice to have an extra sink and the refrigerator. The exterior of the property before you walk into the main entrance needs a lot of cleaning and updating. It didn't look like anyone had made any effort to make it look nice for guests, but the interior was very nice.
