They do it well in many ways from the first minute you enter the hotel. Staff were friendly, made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, got everything we could think of, the self serve laundry was clean, the machine worked well, the parking was safe, breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. We intend to stay here again next time. They are that good.

Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided had great selection of items. Hotel was close to train station (U District). Many restaurants nearby too.
Overall, I would definitely come back to this property.

Room was facing 45th Ave. and very noisy all night. Windows should be triple-paned on this facing of building. Alas, they’re not. Even on 4th floor, the vehicle noise was significant.

Rooms were clean and big, free breakfast was great, parking was super convenient. Location was perfect- lot of restaurants and UW so close by. We had a 2nd floor room, so you can hear a lot of street noise.

Arrived around 9:30. Staff was polite and efficient.
Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.
