The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for being close to the Tokyo experience, good restaurants, taxis to get to Tokyo Tower and walking distance to the train station. The breakfast was interesting and very tasty (salad bar, Missoula bar, meat & cheese options.) Would stay here again. The rooms were smaller in person but we worked out a system to utilize space. The soaking tub was a fun experience.

Very clean and comfortable even though rooms are very small and compact. Very good location in the middle of everything. Staff speak pretty good level of English. Breakfast at Common Cafe has both Western & Japanese styles that are good but not great. Room AC was very cold during my heat filled mid July summer trip. Hotel is close to all the action of Shinjuku central, and then also close enough to the train and metro stations. I would definitely stay there again.
