this is the worst property i stayed in US.. the way it shown and the way it was very bad and also room charge was hefty for that quality. this property is vulnerable to the people. be careful

From the reviews I read it sounded ok but when I arrived it was a whole different story. I originally booked this place for a week but left after 1 day. The bed was suppose to be a queen, if it was then it was awfully small. The bathroom was a joke, the shower is so narrow and the shower curtain didn't help keep the water in. The shower head was strong enough to take paint off of a car. The room overall was crappy and there were not enough outlets. Needless to say I booked my remaining time in another hotel and this one is so much bigger.

Good bang for the buck
This is not the Ritz however it was a pleasant stay. It was clean. No nasty odors. The shower was great. Great location. Less than six minutes to the falls. Nice staff. Comfy bed.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfy and affordable.
Stayed for one night to gamble at the nearby Seneca Niagara Casino (about 5 minutes away). The owner is very friendly. Rates are very reasonable. I stayed in Room 4 and it was very nice and clean and included a microwave and mini-fridge. Bed was comfortable and was quiet throughout the night. And I even came out ahead $660 at the casino! Have stayed here a few times before and plan to stay again in the future.

Nice hotel to stay over night.
Hotel is clean and ok to live for the night. It has all facilities like fridge, microwave etc. They provide towels, soaps etc.

this place is horrible stay away......had to ask for another room just to take shower as toilet sprayed on and into tub when u flushed not to mention the water pressure in room was like a kinked water hose room was run down and dirty noting like pics on here

Bad experience.
It was a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work. There were stains on the sheets. We didn't even spend the night.

Updates are hard.
Needs updating. I felt like I walked into the 60's. Everything worked, but was broken in some way. This could be a great little place. I don't smoke and ended up in a smoking room...my god how can any hotel allow smoking in the rooms? The bed spread had about 15 burn holes in it. Any one of those could have been the end of this place. All I have left to say, really flat screen tvs are inexpensive these days. Why waste time writing little notes on 15 year old picture tube TVs that state please wait five seconds for TV to come on. How about you please go to Walmart and buy a $80 TV to replace the old one that doesn't really work.
