The property was very rundown. They had Security Guards in the hallway of the rooms for the safety of the guests…..Issues with long term guests apparently. Garbage all around the building in front of doors on the outside. I did not stay. I did not feel safe.

We arrived after midnight because flight delayed.It was very awful the location of the lobby . We spent like 10 minutes outside on the street in the cold in order to someone let us in the lobby . The attendant at front desk make us pay again , even we showed the reservation thru the app . My husband card was charged twice for this room. The installations were so bad, smelling heavy cigarettes, we just wanted to have an hour of good rest until get ready for our next flight . We couldn’t sleep at all because loud noises of people having a party upstairs . Awful experience.

When we enter room on the TV remote channel and volume is broken when to front desk drop it they said they will bring to our room waited almost an hour still not bring to our room I have to go to front desk to get it!then when to wash room noticed also no bath towels so I have to call again front desk then front desk staff still not sure wether to give us towels she said to ask manager first so I told her I don’t need extra towels and explain to her there was none bath towels in our room.staff should double check rooms first if what is missing and what need to be fix before giving the room to guests!
