Great location. Service could've been better but it seems like the hotel was shot ton staff during our time there. Also, their systems ran REALLY slow which dragged the check in experience. Would come back again.

Great service no Suite
Our stay was wonderful the staff was vey helpful and went out of their way to make my birthday celebration with friends memorable. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and our room for three people was definitely not a suite. Instead of a closet we had a cupboard.

I would stay again!
Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved everything about the stay except they are swamped with visitors and check in time is 4pm so there were dozens of people lingering in the lobby area waiting for rooms to be ready. Breakfast (included in reservation price) was absolute mayhem and totally disorganized. If you want the breakfast head down as soon as they open.
