We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property. The rooms were great, clean and well maintained. The grounds need attention, lots of care as far as the cages of animals but messy. If you have any mobility issues this place is not for you. The staff, large rooms with balconies and views were wonderful! The hotel is a little tired and very difficult to walk around as it’s so steep on the mountainside. There are many stone stairs that would be limiting to anyone with mobility problems. We enjoyed our stay, but found the property a little too far from the beach and town.

While I had a very brief stay, late night check in and late morning check out. The hospitality of Celine, the owner, to greet me, was genuinely appreciated. I had a lovely room overlooking the ocean and bay of Zihuatanejo. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. I also had a yummy breakfast. It's a long walk to the beach and a store, but I'd try this place again, for sure!
