Small family owned hotel with 3 outdoor hot tubs and beautiful grounds. Restaurant food was excellent. Nice rooms although the bathrooms were a bit tired and lacking in toiletries. The room description stated a jetted tub however it was just a normal tub. The pictures of the room(NH comfort room) showed a patio area however these were only applicable to garden suites. All in all we had a lovely time.

Property is quite small and there were very few guests when we were there. I didn't see anyone using the spa facilities, and if you aren't receiving treatments, there is little to do on the property (there are walking trails and bikes available). The restaurant staff were very nice, but there weren't enough working to adequately serve even the few guests dining. Front desk staff were very pleasant but unfortunately you can't speak to staff on site when you call, as the calls are forwarded to an overseas call centre who can't provide appropriate information to plan your stay.

It is one the best hotel spa resort near Toronto. Perfect place for having relaxing away from busy stressful life in Toronto. Steam room, outdoor jetted bathtub, and breakfast were really good. Our room was very spacious. Staff were really nice. I really suggest this resort.

The staff! Accessible, pleasant, helpful, and always available. Rachel our server at three breakfasts was a delight. The spa director Andrea who treated me twice was wonderful. Everyone we encountered made it feel like a real holiday. The yoga experience was perfect especially when the weather allowed for being outside.
