Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Street traffic was quite loud and the bathroom had translucent doors, so too visible for a family of four. Also, the shower allows water to go everywhere. For a one night stay to visit USC the area, this was fine but not very luxurious and would not walk around this area.

The hotel has a nice historic charm with modern decor in the rooms. Just wish they had a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. No coffee maker in the room either. Do to my business trip hours, I wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast at the hotel since they don't serve till 9am at the cafe. The tv was a little annoying with the auto shut off seeting on.

Disappointing
The hotel staff studiously ignored me both at the front desk and then again at the cafe when I arrived. I was kept awake most of the night because the walls are so thin I could hear every other guest in their rooms around me. Worst of all, someone was smoking non stop making the smoke invade me room. Disgusting. First and last time at this hotl

Convenient
It's a cute boutique hotel with an old school yet industrial vibe. The restaurant doesn't open until 9am so I wasn't able to use my food credits because I needed to leave every day before then. 9am is too late for a hotel to serve breakfast. It was also pretty cold in the room even after I turned off the aircon and it was noisy, both from street noise and because of the wooden floors. It was convenient as I was spending most of my time in Koreatown.

Very small rooms and loud traffic in front of hotel also thin walls/ceilings that let you heat everything but it is close to a lot of good Korean cuisine. Definitely worth it if you want to be close to downtown in a safe but active neighborhood
