Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city. "It was such a great experience. The location, hotel is like a 10 minute walk to a huge mall and the Central station where you are able to find public transportation, and places to eat. The hotel it self was beautiful, and even though there is construction right across from it. It was very quiet, you where able to sit down and enjoy your morning. The bar food was excellent. So delicious and affordable for a hotel. Staff was welcoming and helpful from the beginning. We arrived to early to check in and they let us place our luggage in a secure room, so we could go out and explore the town. It was a great experience."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. My room was on the top floor and while it didn’t have a window view, the skylight provided plenty of light and gave me a small glimpse of the skyline. The bathroom was very big and quite functional and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I applaud you on your efforts to put out a good breakfast buffet. And your staff was more than friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. If I ever find myself returning to Gothenburg, yours would be the hotel I would stay at again."
