NYC for a family of 4
Beautifully appointed small boutique hotel with marble and exotic wood throughout. Rooms and bathrooms are small and we crammed a family of 4 in one room with 2 double beds (not Queens). Furniture is bulky and takes up a lot of space. But this is NYC where any extra space means more $. Very clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. In the Lower East Side so close to Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho.

Wasn't the quietest in my room, which was small and didn't have an actual window (just a mirror on the wall behind a curtain) which was bizarre. Room was very clean and in nice condition though, and I had no issues with service. There's also only one elevator, which is fairly slow.

Rock solid beds
The hotel room was very nice and clean. Looks better in person. The only thing I could complain about would be the bed. It was rock solid. My husband woke up several times having severe back pain and I woke up stiff myself. If the bed wasn’t so rock hard, I think the stay would have been a 10/10.

Very nice room, not as big as it looks on the app. The balcony was nice. Everything in the room worked well

Great stay - tiny rooms
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Value wise I would think there isn’t a better option on the LES. The rooms are tiny, but clean and the service is great. Would stay again.

Will Not Be Returning
Pros: -Fantastic location. -Generally clean. -Nice front desk staff. Cons: -Walls paper thin—could hear crying infant and fratty partying tourists at 4:00 a.m. many nights. -Mattresses hard and uncomfortable. -Terrible lighting. Not something I usually notice, but was really unpleasant. No lamps or soft lights (even by the bed), just harsh overhead ones. Mixed with the garish gold molding in the room, made for an ugly aesthetic. -Mold and cracked in the bathroom (see photo). -High "facility fee" charged after for very little facilities. I used the gym my first morning there and, though the equipment looked new, it was clearly a cheap bulk purchase (treadmill made a very loud noise with every step, elliptical stride length odd and short, no mats available). If this hotel were more affordable, I might have overlooked some of the cons. But my double bed room ran $275-345/night some nights, so this was disappointing. Will not book again.
