Felt like a rip off
Stayed there once before and loved it. This time though - I reserved a room with two beds but when I got there I was told that the type or room I had selected was a preference, not a guarantee - and that they could only give me a room with a king bed. After having driven through an intense snowstorm for 5 hours I was really looking forward to getting a good night sleep but no - our family of 3 slept in the same bed for two nights. The only option they gave me was to pay an extra 50$ for a roll up bed (on top of the 500$ I had already spent to stay there for 2 nights - ridiculous!) The plug in the washroom didn’t work so that was great (try doing your hair without a mirror). The other plugs in the room worked but didn’t have any mirrors nearby so getting ready was an unnecessary challenge. Our room was cleaned but they didn’t stock up the coffee or cups so we couldn’t have coffee in the morning after the first night (which was very much needed after sleeping with your entire family in 1 bed.) Oh - and the crossbar restaurant had really slow service. Food was great but had a lot of items missing so that was annoying. Pool and hot tub were also great. Don’t know if I’ll stay there again based on my last experience.

Nicely located, very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. Price was great in comparison to other places in the area. Would definitely be staying there again. Ammenties like pool and restaurant on-site is a plus. Great view of the rooms.

Wonderful service at Holiday Inn
I was visiting Montreal to see St. Joseph's Oratory and then attend a Habs game at the Bell Centre. The hotel was perfectly located for both of my visits, especially the Bell Centre. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and were eager to answer or help with any of my questions about Montreal.

Fast and fancy
My stay was short but sweet. I attended two hockey games over 2 days and needed some place close to the bell centre. This place fit the bill very nicely. Very nicely priced for the location. I can literally see the bell centre from my window. Service was good. I had my credit card with me but my dog chewed it so I could not swipe it. The front desk lady still let me in without any trouble. Parking wasn't too rough to navigate. A bit tight for bigger vehicles but manageable. Only thing is with the elevators you need your keycard to go up floors so getting takeout is a slight issue unless you meet them in the lobby. If they are busy, it can become problematic. Also after the hockey game, the elevators become super busy (there are 3) so get there early after the game to get up to your room or face a long hike up stairs. Rooms were fine. Very comfy bed. No microwave in mine but had a nice little fridge. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. I would book again.
