2/10 Poor

Horrible
We pulled in very late around 1am first red flag the worker was sleeping had to call the phone to walk him up. Takes awhile to get us checked in half ass told us how to get to our room cuz he is half asleep still. Get to the room the light wont turn on get it on and there are 2 pillows on a king size bed nasty pillows at that. Looked like it got robbed missing a night stand and no chair and no toilet paper, hair all over the sink. Go back and tell the sleepy guy we aren't staying in that room he gave us a new room this one had 2 queen size beds 2 dirty pillows on each bed and a mop chilly in the room no towels. Went and said we aren't stay here so we left and had to drive another 15 mins to a new hotel got to bed about 230am

It was great, the tv worked just fine. Front desk was super helpful, great location. Not much for breakfast but overall great for what you pay! Would stay again

It is what it is. Get what you pay for. Front desk attendant was super friendly. Looks like a lot of over the road construction workers used it as their place to stay in area.

Amerihost in Mexico, Mo
The television service was terrible, with only two channels being available. The pillows were like sleeping on bags of wet cement. There were strange stains on the carpet close to the window. The heat and air conditioning register banged off and on all night. On a better note, the young woman who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Not sure
Not bad for a nights sleep. TV didn’t work, sheets were stained, and towels were raggedy other than that everything was okay. Stayed in room 233.

Stay somewhere else
Smelled of marijuana in the lobby as soon as you walk in. Room had a weird smell and towels, sheets and bathtub were stained.

Drug dealing, cigarettes stinch dump
Did not even stay here. Felt unsafe for my children. No representative to check us in. Overwhelming stinch of cigarette and weed. Disgusting location that needs to be condemned and removed from your booking

We were upgraded to suite because our room wasn’t available. Room was nice and spacious and clean. It was quiet and comfortable . Overall the hallways and outside seemed a little worn and needing cleaning and updating, but our room was nice.

They were super nice, room was quiet and i didnt hear anyone all night. Needed something and was able to hit up walmart and back in about 10 minutes. The jetted tub was really nice, but i still dont get the appeal 😆 drive slow in the parking lot though, some good size pot holes

I don't know how anywhere could be worse
Horrible Experience, Easily the worst hotel I have ever seen, even the worst motel stay I have had was better then this. Dirty and stained floors, furniture and walls. Microwave was rusting out and didnt work, Fridge did not get cold, the Shower had a single spray in the center with holes around the head leaking out, the single spray was small and hard to use to wash any part of your body. The sink was pulling away from the wall as was the toilet. The towels were all stained and moist, the Nightstand drawers had crackers and crumbs in them. All but one of the lamps was missing light bulbs. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and instead was just a flat sheet that kept pulling off the bed as it seemed too small to even be on the bed. The smell... Oh my gosh the smell was horrible, a mix of heavy cigarette smoke with a little bit of weed, throw up and dirty diaper all rolled into one. We had a hard time even breathing and it wasn;t just in our room it was everywhere. The pool was closed, the breakfast was non-existent and the staff was NEVER at the front desk. Our friends staying across the hall had someone sneak into her room in the middle of the night, breaking in through the window. The walls are peeling, the fire alarm doesn't seem to be working, they only provided 3 small flat pillows. The internet was massively slow, nearly unusable for anything but basic email checking. The Gym was barely working and frankly sucks. They were cleaning after dark. Grr.

Decent place for a night or two.
Not a bad place when you need it. The staff were friendly. Its a bit rundown but not as bad as some reviews make you think. At night the neighbor room across the hall had the tv blaring, but once my door closed i couldnt hear a peep. Pretty good for the price.

Terrible
This place is absolutely terrible. The front desk folks are terrible, one even got into a screaming match with either another employee or a friend. The rooms are nasty, the locks are busted.

This is not a bad hotel - it is an inexpensive hotel. The room was clean but very dated, what you'd expect for the price. The room was very quiet, which is awesome. The amenities are sparse, but you aren't at the Four Seasons, nor are you paying for it. The pool was not in service when we stayed, the TV was small, but I felt safe and slept well. In other words, you get what you are paying for. If you are coming to the Mexico Missouri area to do things, this is a great stay. If you imagine this to be a resort, you will be terribly disappointed.

It was cheap which is why we stayed the night. Room was extremely hot when we arrived. No towels. Missing pillow case on bed. No blankets- only sheet and bed cover. Tub filthy with debris. Whole place smelled of pot. Would not recommend.

Dirty facility. Carpets felt sticky on shoes did not touch carpet without shoes on. Visible Stains on bedding. Rooms smelled like marijuana from other rooms halls smelled like it worse. Definitely drug use on the property. Check in reception was rambling about his female coworkers sleeping with the manager that Interferes with his work schedule due to lack of employees. Pool area did not have amenities pool looked clean but can visibly see muck on the bottom. Did not swim. Jacuzzi had a cover on it, did not look like it's been serviced or used all year. Would not recommend.

Not Good
The room we had was not good. The carpet was in bad need of replacing along with the stained bed sheets. Each bed had one pillow. The TV didn't work. They tried to fix it, but it still didn't come on. The light over the sink would turn on if you tapped it. We had good AC and hot water.
