Uber Disappointing- Marriott needs to step it up.
This hotel should not be on the list of Marriott properties. I will never stay here again. Staff is rude and condescending. Front desk workers should not be working at that station. They shouldn’t be employed in the hospitality sector. I am an upper level Bonvoy member and was shocked at the level of indifference that the workers exhibited. I needed a place to stay while my apartment was getting renovated. No one made me feel welcome. The first room that they put me in was next to elevator ( I asked on my special requests to please put me farther away from the elevator because I had lots of work to do ). I asked them through app to please consider moving me if it is possible. I waited twenty minutes for a response. The room that they moved me to was better as it was on a higher floor (that wasn’t my issue) but also it was still near an elevator. There is no room service. They give you two small waters and cop an attitude if you ask for more. For this area in Fidi, you can find a much better hotel experience. There was also no lobby coffee provided for the morning. The last thing I will mention is that the cleaning staff looked miserable and didn’t do a great job with housekeeping. They glared in the hallway instead of saying hello. Do not stay here.
