Room was clean and the location vas perfect, walking distances to the vatican and St Peter's basilica. Lots of good restaurant's all around, shopes and coffee, metro station just around the corners, tap an go to if you dont want to walk. Over all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Suited our needs

The room is definitely smaller than I imagined but suitable for our needs as we did not go to Italy to stay in a room. I will say though, if you are a heavy set person, you may struggle the shower stall. Walking distance from to Vatican, literally 15 minutes. We walked to the colosseum, Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain but it did take about 30 to 40 minutes depending on your pace. Very close to public transportation. Lots of food options close by and shopping. We did have a little trouble with the automated door system but part of it was my misunderstanding and the other part was not knowing that “scala” meant stairs in Italian. Either way the host responded quickly and even checked in with us during our stay.

Property is well located, area is safe, walkable and close to transportation options. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable. I had an inconvenient with check in instructions, however owner was very accommodating and was of great help. I would recommend this room for whoever plans to visit Rome!

The place is located 20 minutes walk from the Vatican, close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable. However, the area is very loud until around 1am with music, cars, motos and people. These goes quiet until 6 am.

The check in was good, the room was clean. The shower had a fairly strong mould smell. The biggest issue was the window in the room. Noise doesn’t generally bother me. However, the noise was quite extreme. Between the bars playing loud music, constant cars honking, and sirens, I woke up many times throughout the night. Every night. The window was very old and even with everything shut It sounded like the window was wide open.

Took over an hour to get in the room. Was left a skeleton key that was broken. Management stated in an text "in comprehensable that it is broken" sent a picture, still did not believe until someone finally showed up to verify. Then, had to leave the new key so they could copy it the next day. Returned back to room later that night to find our room left unlocked. Over 12 international trips, first time ever feeling uneasy.
