Poor communication.
After booking my reservation , the countless emails began, bad communication back and forward I ended up getting charged additional $126 dollars even though the contract I signed had a Lower amount. To many emails about when I be checking in and then a big rush to tell them a what time I be checking out . It feels like multiple ppl manage this emails and they don’t talk to each other or read prior emails . Also this property has a neighborhood pet Cat , just FYI . We have an allergic family member so this was a big deal to us . Myself I was fine with the cat , cat was very friendly. I’m very familiar with the neighborhood so no disappointment with location , very close location to Isabella Mall . Not bad drive to the beach . not so great was the Hot water as we didn’t had any . Water was warm at best . Island weather was 83 degrees sunny during our stay . House was comfortable, A/C system was great .

I enjoyed my stay here with my family for my birthday week. Majority of the property was clean with the exception of the fridge which was potentially missed. The microwave was experiencing issues as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared with more populated areas such as San Juan. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and am clarifying my rating as a 4.1/5.0 and would recommend to others visiting the Isabela, PR area. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent Its very relaxing I loved the walmart and other stores are 5 to 7 minutes away I have put this property as my favorite I will definitely go back for my next vacation What I didn’t like is that the microwave was heating the food the first day i got there

Master bedroom doesn’t have A/C! They have three bedrooms but the only functioning unit is the room with bunk beds. Signs posted through out the house stating they don’t advertise A/C. If you’re looking to burn massive calories and suffer heart exhaustion then this is the place to be!!!

Yes, you want to hear the little birds and the coquis and the tranquility of not being in the city, but at the same time being close by car, this is the property. It is a dead-end street therefore it is a safe street, the house has windows and security doors, we felt safe.
