Feeling its age.
Hotel is ok. Nice lounge and breakfast area with small but decent breakfast service. The place is just really showing its age. I actually stayed in the same hotel about 40 years ago when it was fairly new. So I know it’s approximate age. Staff were pleasant and helpful though so that helped. However regarding the actual structure and surroundings…. Well you can only put lipstick on a pig for so long. It’s time is running out fast. You really feel the age of the place.

The sty was pretty good. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The only issue was with the toilet leaked when flushed. Didn’t notice it till the next morning though because it was leaking from the back.

There was not enough lighting in the room, very dark...need brighter lights.
Only one operating elevator. Quite warm out in the hallways...But overall stay was

The customer service is always awesome!
The front desk,person who prepares breakfast,the persons who clean rooms.
My room was on the third floor this stay.When I entered the hotel there’s a clean fresh smells that greeted us.When I stepped off the elevator to the third floor. This clean fresh odor wasn’t there.I immediately noticed and the person accompanying me does as well.I usually caring neutralizing air fresheners as I travel.Not this time. The hotel should have that clean fresh scent throughout.My two night stay would have received 5 stars this visit. It would be a benefit to customers if management would could or would research the area.Looking for drivers willing to take people to and from the airport. Delta Airlines only has two flights per day.One more flight with another airline coming soon.Small towns and large cities prosper by meeting the needs of the people.
Shuttle services by car or van to and from the Greater Regional Airport is needed.The small town could profit and needs could be met.I will have stay in Starkville,Ms when there’s no family available to pick me up.
This most like will be my concern each time.
Because the fresh scent complaint will be taken of by my next visit. I do believe.It’s an easy fix.

Not worth what I paid.
Bathrooms and furniture were very stained and written on. Showers had mold in corners. Elevator was very sketch on one side. I got the King Suite and it was not worth the 200 bucks.

Nice hotel if you are not allergic to feather pill
Everything was great but you have to understand that some of us are allergic to down pillows even though they are revered by many. We asked if there were any foam pillows available and the answer was simply, “no”! We put all the pillows in the closet to get the feathers confined away from us and slept without a pillow!! Not acceptable!

Daughter was in labor
We only stayed to sleep and go back and forth to the hospital in Starkville. It was a good place to crash for the couple nights we were there. We will definitely be back.
