The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the room had windows that open so I was able to get fresh air. Mini fridge and coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was weird but manageable. Sadly, the pool was not heated. Convenient location to the Falls, highways, food, and shopping. Need a car here, though my understanding is the bus stops right in front of the building and goes to the Falls. Priced for what you get.

The hotel looks great on paper but in reality is a bit tired and needs some refurbishment. The pool sounded great but the water was extremely cold and the pool a little grimy so not usable. Staff were great, helpful and informative. The ice machine is great but with no buckets or facilities to collect it - a challenge!

The hotel is far from Niagara Falls. We chose this property for the free parking. Upon check in the staff said to make sure we locked our car and parked in the back ( where the cameras were). Next door there were a couple of weekly motels. I asked about what they recommended for food and tours and their response was to look at trip advisor. Not very helpful. The pool was inside and freezing. The hot tub was broken. They didn't have or enforce quiet hours- there was a bachelor party who were up alllllll night and we heard them all night. Way past 2 am. The breakfast was good.

The fellow at the front desk was so personable and helpful. The room was large with a very comfy bed and had some well-made furniture. The top in the bathtub was leaky. I enjoyed the pool. For the price it was great that a breakfast was included, although it wasn’t the freshest. The coffee was excellent though! I would definitely come again!

This is a relatively old place, but in good condition. We stayed in a "Honeymoon" room and the tub was excellent and the bed very comfortable. A few parts of things feel a little older and showing wear, but we very much enjoyed our stay.
