The room was very spacious and tidy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
Some small flaws were there, like a broken curtain and some worn-out fabrics on the furniture as well, but this did not affect the stay in any negative way.

This is consistently a great hotel and yet seems to be underutilised - go have a try. Oostplein is very conveniently located to most attractions but lacks the name say of Rotterdam Central or the Erasmus bridge.

The place is nice, quite a walk to the center but still walking distance.. has a couple of nice places to eat around. The staff at the reception is a bit cold but they are ok, seems like the less you engage with them the more they are happy

Good but no elevator
Elevator was broken so they offered free breakfast which I only used 1 of 3 mornings.
I was able to work comfortably from the hotel and the gym was decent with free weights.
