"The staff is fantastic, the kingdom room was great, the ground are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and exercise room serviceable. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian."
"Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away.
At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again."
"It’s definitely worth staying. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient, shuttle bus to the park and subway is located at the hotel front door. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is worth the money if you take it as a brunch and take the opportunity to interact with Disney friend. My 23months son had a very happy time playing with Donald Duck. A big thank you to the staff! "
"Close by to the airport for our 24 hour layover. Had a free shuttle to the train station and airport. Wish the airport shuttle ran more often, but was still a good perk. "

"Despite they don’t have the coin laundry, there are laundry store next to the Manning store at the back street. They charged by weight at reasonable price. That solved my issue.
Also found a microwave in the lobby as room didn’t have one.
Food is good as they have buffet breakfast & welcome drink.
Staff are nice & helping, including the cleaning lady.
I will definitely return.
