Hotel is amazing, but I am bitterly disappointed that the EV charger they advertise simply does not exist, and that all their staff say they have told the manager multiple times that he needs to take it down, but the manager refuses. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but showing it to continue is fraud.

I will get my complaint out of the way first. I had used hotels.com to book my room and saw that they had connecting rooms, which I want it. I called the hotel afterwards to make sure I would be able to get them and was told they will mark it down and it shouldn't be a problem. When I got there I was informed that I wouldn't have connected rooms as they were already booked. The gentleman was very apologetic and did end up getting me two rooms right next to each other. The hotel was nice and clean and the pool did not have an overwhelming smell of chlorine the breakfast was good as well. I was told that if I would have booked directly through the hotel I could have got a guarantee to have connected rooms so I would do that next time.
