Poor place to stay
Very poor rooms, beds terrible bathroom didn’t flush good bath sink stopped up and looks like desert on 4 floor machines didn’t work and people just hanging outside door drinking and smoking weed. Would not stay there even if it’s free😞

There's no place like home!
I lived in this hotel for 8 months. Literally I lived and worked here from january until august. Overall I would say that the hotel is okay but needs work . The housekeeping could be better and the pool and the gym are out of use. However, they always have a room available and they are convenient to the subway and bus stops! As in they are in walking distance , so they are good for the working man. There is the buford farmers market down the street for shopping and they also have a few restaurants within a 7minute walk from door to door so they are good for the weary traveler swell. The best things about the hotel is the front desk staff, they're great! I would definitely stay here again, in fact If I was still working I would still be there. Life hasn't been the same without them, t here's no place like home!

Needs some upkeep but good budget choice
It's clean, convenient, quiet, safe, and located next to a lot of good restaurants. The room conditions are deteriorating. Our bathroom door stuck shut and we had to kick it open. it's still probably the best of the BUDGET hotels but it needs some work to keep things even basically functional.

Quiet, clean, safe, great location, cheap, shabby
It's quiet, safe, clean, well located, comfortable, CHEAP, and clearly was a much nicer hotel at one point with pool, conference rooms, etc. The room was shabbier than the last time I stayed here with the bathroom door rotting at the bottom, flaking paint on the ceiling, carpet torn up in some places, lampshade disintegrating. I still think it's a good value and will stay again but even by my standards it's getting a little shabby.

Rude clerk, first room had to be changed due to peep hole having no glass in it I could put my finger straight in the room from the outside. Room smelled and trash in hallways. This place was trashy.
