Everything was good but we had two incidents for which I couldn’t give them 5 stars, 1) We walked into an occupied room with the key gave us, 2) On day two we found our room’s door wide open after a whole day out, nothing was missing but I did report it to the front desk. Other than that the hotel felt very family friendly, it’s not a Vidanta luxury but we would stay there again

Some staff was not helpful at all when I asked if there was a restroom after I came back to get my luggage he stated there was no restroom near lobby! Food was terrible it was free but to me coffee and continental breakfast was good enough , other food served was not good!

We had booked a suite and once we entered the room it smelled like mold. My husband saw mold on the wall. They moved usbto the 2nd room same issue. Finally they moved us to the 3rd room in the new building no smell but just okay. They have to fix the rooms with mold on the old building health hazardous.
