Good Location, Significantly Lacking in Service
While the location, room and the food in their restaurant was good, the hotel lacked in several aspects of their service especially for the amount of money that they charged for the room.
My room was a deluxe king room and although the room photos as they are shown on hotels.com show the room having a chair, there was no chair in my room and had to request a chair from the front desk. The staff tried to argue with me saying that the room did not come with a chair before providing me with a general (non-swiveling ) chair that I had to carry back to my room upstairs.
When calling the hotel front desk for service from the room, no calls were ever answered. I had to go down 5 levels every time to ask for something.
There was no water or glasses provided in the room. When charging 200$+ per night, one expects a certain basic level of service.
There was a Nespresso machine in the room which did not work. Nobody came to fix it even though I went downstairs to ask them to fix it.
