Although the hotel is beautiful, we were not really happy with our stay. The bed was super high and uncomfortable. We had no AC in the room. We booked two rooms at the same time right next to each other and for almost the same price, the other room was almost twice the size with AC so not sure why our room cost so much for half the size and no AC. It was HOT. The pool water was not clean and they never had clean towels. Over all the location was fantastic and the free garage parking was great. Just wished the pool water was cleaner and the rooms had AC.

The hotel was wonderful. Loved the easy access to Krupowki st. Very helpful front desk staff. Apartment was modern and wonderful. The bathrooms were oddly designed but you get used to it fast.

Outstanding location, value of overall property. The hotel is just steps from Krupòwki St yet tucked enough away to avoid hearing the noise. It has its own free parking, a pool and play areas for the kids. Its a very modern and clean property and is located near great restaurants. I will definitely reserve it again when in Zakopane.

Fantastic!
Giewont was the main reason our trip to Zakopane was so amazing! You get to pick the apartment you want when booking and we got the exact one! It was spacious and clean and the apartments are right next to the main town centre! The staff were amazing and very helpful as we needed milk for our baby on the first day and everything was closed as it was late, so the staff member gave us a full bottle of their staff milk which was a very kind gesture. The parking is in a garage and is safe and free and apartments are nice and cosy with smart tvs which is always a bonus. Thank you Giewont :)

Idealne miejsce dla każdego. Obiekt w samym centrum, z prywatnym parkingiem. Apartamenty nowe, zadbane, czyste. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone (poza kieliszkami do wina, ale bez problemu dostałam w barze). Strefa SPA super.
